   THE CLINIC:    We have had a long standing medical practice in the city of San Salvador, capital of the Republic
 of El Salvador, dedicated to the   diagnosis and treatment of gastro-intestinal diseases, including disorders of the
 esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon,   pancreas, gallbladder and liver. For this purposeVideo Endoscopies,
 Colonoscopies,  Polypectomies, Esophageal Dilatation and other therapeutic endoscopic procedures are performed.
 Our facility is of a very modern design and it is up to date, regarding medical equipment and technology. Fifteen
 years of dedicated work in the specialized field of  gastroenterology have allowed our work to grow up into the
 largest gastro-intestinal practice in El Salvador. The large number of patients treated  have allowed me to collect a
 sizable amount of interesting cases, many of which are on display on this web-site.

 All images and video clips displayed in these pages are real cases from my private practice. OUR MISSION To
 provide our customers with the best quality in  specialist´s procedure and hospitalization in our field. We are also
 providing an  effective, efficient and up to date service in Gastroenterology, giving due caring to the welfare and
 dignity of our patients and staff.   Hours of Operation 8am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday  8am to 1pm - Saturday.

 Julio Murra-Saca, MD (left) got the diploma Audio Visual Award from Stuart Sherman, MD at the Video Forum, Chicago Ill.

 The award was presented May 15 during Digestive Disease Week, the largest and most prestigious meeting in the world for the
 GI professional. The Award recognizes outstanding educational productions relating to gastrointestinal endoscopy techniques.
 The videos honored demonstrate accepted techniques or show a difficult case, complications or innovations within the field of
 endoscopy. The Award is judged according to content, appropriateness as teach and instructional material, current interest and
 audiovisual quality. Submissions are judged and honorees selected by the ASGE Postgraduate Education Committee.
